I feel like I just ate so much
A few hours ago I had weight control oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries. That was my first meal. Now I’ve just finished a very large cabbage roll. I’d say about two cups which comes up to 397 calories approx. I feel disgusting.
It’s the heaviest thing I’ve eaten the past two days. But I shouldn’t feel so awful right? There’s nothing too awful in it, but I feel like I just ate a huge burger.
I always beat myself up over this. I know calorie restriction isn’t the way to go.
